Sports Physicals will be
offered by the Elbert County Health at the Kiowa High School on Tuesday,
June 2nd. Please call Pattie at 303-621-2115 to schedule
appointments between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Sports packets may be
picked up in the office and should be completed and turned in when you
come to your appointment. The cost is $25 and it is necessary for a
parent to attend with child at appointment time. Elbert County Public
Health Office will schedule sports physicals at their office on May 28th,
July 8th and July 23rd, please call 303-621-3144
if you need one of those dates.
